Mediation

Notice to mediate

Even if you are already involved in the process of going to court, you may want to try mediation. In some situations in BC Supreme Court, you can use a "notice to mediate" to require all other people involved in your dispute to attend one mediation session. We can help you consider whether mediation might be appropriate and help you start this process which is available for a wide range of civil law matters. As well, we can provide information about the notice to mediate pilot project that is available for family law proceedings in the Nanaimo and Duncan registries of the BC Supreme Court.
