Ministry of Attorney General
The Ministry of Attorney General has several websites that provide useful information:
The Court Services branch of the Ministry of Attorney General is responsible for all court services in BC. The website contains information about court procedures and services.
The Family Justice website contains general information of interest to BC couples who have separated or who are about to separate. It may also be useful for guardians and other family members, such as grandparents.
The Families Change website is designed to help children and teens understand separation and divorce. It also has resources to help parents support their children.
People's Law School
